Training is the spine of it — and from there it runs out into races, saunas, travel, and the conversations that follow. What you take home is more than muscle.

The Training
Racing sets the standard.
So nothing here is casual.
Built around HYROX, and open to DEKA, Spartan, marathon and triathlon. We bring competition-grade equipment into the city and run 90 minutes, capped at 20 athletes. Your results live in the app, and they are shared with only the people you choose.

Partners receive a permanent 20% discount, and children attend with you at no charge (outside official sessions). Drop-in with a member: ¥3,500. An invitation-only ambassador programme is planned.

Selection is a short written application and a conversation (remote is fine).
